- "No ice in the refrig horrible towels poorly supplied kitchen very poorly furnished mice pellets in the kitchen cabinets ants in the kitchen not very clean inside the house and the back side of the house was full of trash from working on the house .. ugly and dangerous This was a home so no "staff" - for the price there should have been! This was certainly not worth the nearly $400 per night (they added $$ after the confirmation) we were charged... Very disappointed"

- "House was not properly cleaned and maintained. Old decor and furniture. House windows are so old and dirty you can't properly see through them. Top floor toilet ,was backed up and blocked... rather disgusting, The house grounds have not been maintained and full of ugly debris. Garden furniture and BBQ old and dirty. Wasp and insect nests made it impossible to enjoy the outside sitting area. Actual location of house is far off from main roads and not easy to find. Not worth the money paid."

- "Amazing wildlife in the garden, with a wonderful view. We spent hours on
the deck with a bbq going watching humming birds, quail, jackrabbits,
woodpeckers and many many more. The place was secluded and totally
private. The house was clean, with a washer, drier, dishwasher etc. The
shower in the master bedroom was wonderful with a view of the garden!" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The house was actually about 20miles further south than indicated on the website. The location is up in the hills outisde Coarsegold, we were dissapointed with this when we arrived. However, the house is far better for viewing wildlife than any of the yosemite lodges. I would actually venture to say that though the location on booking.com is not accurate, the house's location is an advantage rather than a disadvantage."
