- "Well situated hotel relative to castle and town of Cochem, about 30 minutes' easy walk from the town center. Very attentive, polite, and helpful reception staff."

- "Our final room was very good with a view of the Mosel."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We chose a room in the annexe. There was nothing on the website to show that these rooms were down several staircases across the hotel gardens and down more steps. The car parking was on a public road and hard to find. For this reason we asked to change the room. Incomprehensibly we still kept our dinner table based on the old room number for the rest of our stay. Food was below standard for price and stars."

- "Nice room. Very good breakfast. Very convenient location."

- "Service attitude of hotel staff not very customer oriented, partly even unpolite. Compared to other hotels of this area too expensive. Extra charge of EUR 10,-- for credit card usage is very annoying, since not a global standard."
