Its location directly across the train station made it convenient for an early morning departure. The restaurants around the hotel are much better, more authentic and cheaper than in Sintra-Vila, which is about a 15min walk away."

- "The green view from the window and proximity to the station, but that
was also a drawback." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Noise: day and night. It was extremely hard to sleep. The owner suggested between 1:15 am and 6:30. I need a bit more than that! The hotel is situated between 2 main roads and the railway line."

- "The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully
clean and tastefully decorated. Very well situated near the train
station but you cannot hear either the train or any associated
sounds. Near local bars who are also freindly and very reasonable
priced (much cheaper than the centre of Sintra) so guests have a
wider choice of options." - Is there anything you didn't like?

- "Quite noisy in morning with traffic...drawers in wardrobe not available for clothes, because door couldn't open because of nearby bed...lack of milk to go with tea/coffee; which was refused asked for."
