- "They forgot our wake up call for our early morning flight (but fortunately I always set up a backup alarm). No coffee maker in the room. The quality of the room service food was ok but not great."

- "I would suggest this hotel to anyone. The decor was amazing, like nothing I had seen before. The room was clean, roomy, and the mattress was the most comfortable one I have ever slept on! All the staff were friendly, and helpful. It was located in a prime spot for checking out Old City Philadelphia. I will definitely be back!"

- "Everything! Hotel was a treat. It's eclectic decor made for a delight on every turn. Room was very comfortable and spacious and we had a stunning view of Independence Park. Staff was outstanding from Sean greeting us at our car to everyone else who helped us or encountered us in the hotel ending with T who got us safely on the road again. We had two breakfasts and one dinner in the Red Owl and not only was the food delicious but the service, again, was outstanding! We were sad to have to leave after our two night stay and look forward to returning in April. This will has definitely become our hotel of choice in Philly! Thanks to all of the staff!"

- "The room was flawless. Comfy beds, nice linens."

- "It was New Years Eve. I had to sign a six paragraph waiver I thought was about having a party in your room and excessive drinking. I had wine in my bags because I was dining at a byob later with friends. I was asked by the man who checked me in if my bags could be searched. I apparently approved this by signing the waiver but I did not know it.It was a full lobby and others were waiting to check in. This was humiliating! I wanted to leave and find a different hotel. I am way too old to be treated like I am in prep school again. I enjoy the West Coast Kimptons but will probably not return to one ever."
