- "Lovely decor - nice rooftop terrace - helpful staff - close to centre of town - excellent breakfasts."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Upon arrival we were allocated a ROOM WITHOUT A WINDOW - I protested and was offered another unsuitable room two feet from the main entrance and right next to the reception area - again I refused but was then allocated an upgrade of a Junior Suite which was satisfactory."

- "No window so no natural air. could not locate the remote control to operate the AC unit to supply cool air."

was very clean, contemporary, and met all of my needs. Most of all, the
staff are all amazingly friendly. I felt that they cared to know me by
name, as opposed to by room number. They were always ready to share a
smile and a kind greeting. I felt very at home in mlm Hotel Boutique,
