- "Miraflores Hotel is now going under renovation, so we actually stayed in Gala Hotel (just across the street and a 3star h rather than 2!)
Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
Breakfast is great and very complete, although some fresh fruit in the the morning would be nice.
The ladies at reception were extremely helpful and polite (thank you Monica!).
The surroundings are good, wide choice of restaurants, the beach is great.
There are a few supermarkets nearby, as well as souvenirs shops.
To get there from the airport, take bus 21 and exit at Tramuntana station (15min ride).
Historical centre of Palma is amazing!
Overall a great experience.

- "The room faced the road so it got quite noisy from early hours (choose a high floor). Also the pillows are very thin. The gentleman at reception (working night shift) was very rude and not helpful to a couple of friends who had just arrived and needed a hotel to stay. Everything in Can Pastilla closes very early, including supermarkets."
