"This place is a gem. Lovely spacious room with kitchen facilities in the heart of NY. I would definitely stay here again - hotels can be so expensive in NY and this is reasonably priced and bonus of a kitchenette."

"I liked the location, although there is no subway stations nearby."

"The heat is very bad. The apartment does not seem to be very clean. There were no lamps in fixtures and hair dryer was broken."

"Beds are bad, we all couldn't sleep well. The room's overwhelmed with smoking smell. Everything's old and not very clean, and the shower's weak."

"Room needed repairs that were not done in the week we were there. Room was dusty Hot water not reliable Bath did not drain properly"
