- "Room was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful. Good value for money."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I didn't have a "do not disturb-sign" and the cleaning lady kept walking right in at her pleasure. Breakfast was ok, but to me it was annoying that it was not a buffet, I had to wait to be served which meant it took longer to have breakfast than in other hotels."

- "Very friendly staff that is willing to accommodate all the needs."

- "Lack of hit water. The first day the "hot" water was barely warm, 33-34C. The next day it was plain cold, just not freezing. I'd expect something better from a 3-star hotel in the center of a big city."
