- "This hotel was not up to the usual Mercure standards. It needs a lot of upgrading to be worth the amount they are chaging for their rooms. VERY DISAPPOINTING!"

- "very hot in room, but too noisy to open window. Noise from kitchen kept us awake until very late and then staff leaving hotel at end of evening chatting outside back of hotel could be heard from our room we would definiately ask for a room at the front of the hotel next time and not over the kitchens"

- "So hot! No airco for such a hotel is unacceptable for me. The room was not the cleanest (holes in the wall/dirty windows/..)."
