- "The view from my balcony was excellent, it was a very beautiful scenery, I can see the river and mountain. It was also easy to find restaurants and cafe's around the restaurants. It was just walking distance to the Grotto. Although the room was small just like most of the hotels in Lourdes, I really enjoyed my stay."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Our flight to Paris was at 6:15 p.m., we asked for late checked out but the hotel was not flexible at all. We have to checked out at exactly 12:00 pm. The receptionist told us that because there will be a group check in on that day. We stayed at the hotel lobby until 4:00 pm and there was no group check-in during our waiting time."

- "They did not accept the reservation made with booking because the credit card was not valid, but they called only a few ours prior our arrival to inform me about it. The breakfast is not at 4 stars level. The room service leaves much to be desired."

- "this hotel definitely needs a major overhauling- the rooms we're given were very bad, the toilets were dirty- we have stayed in this hotel before but we had good and confortable rooms, anyways, this will probably the last time we'll stay there!!"
