What did you like the most?: "Very helpful staff helped to plan/purchase soccer tickets, nice pool, clean rooms and facilities, quiet neighborhood."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Too far away from the nearest train station. Hard for elderly mother-in-law to tote bags. It would be miserable in bad weather. Took taxi from then on."

What did you like the most?: "The hotel was clean and the service very friendly. They coped extremely well with the guests stranded by the volcano ash cloud especially as many were trade fair guests - so lots to do. The room was clean and bright."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Our room was directly above the entrance for the lorry brining the clean laundry every morning. He turned up at 6.30am-7am. So sleeping with the window open meant a very early wake up call for us."
