Is there anything you didn't like?: "When we stayed at this hotel, there were road repairs somewhere near was a it loud during the morning"

What did you like the most?: "Very Good looking Hotel, pleaseant English speaking staff and nice
decor. Car park a little pricey so try and park in the free zone outside
the Hotel. Would stay again."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Over the Years I have stayed in many Mercure hotels and have always found them to be of great value and a cut above the budget end of the market. Everything was to standard with the exception of the matress on my bed which was wafer thin, rock hard and most uncomfortable so my nights sleep was interrupted several times as it woke me and I tried in vain to find a more comfortable part of the bed! When budget hotels get this right I fail to understand why this was the case it maybe I was just unlucky as none of the 5 friends I travelled with made mention of this about their rooms the following morning."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "The cost of garaging a car at ? 19 per day, is way out of line because there is ample and safe parking around the hotel building."
