What did you like the most?: "It was a good, comfortable no more than 5 minutes walk to the old city so it was a perfect location."

What did you like the most?: "The location of the hotel was ideal for easy access by foot to both the medivial city and the new city.
The food in the restaurant was excellent and very good value for money
The pool was clean with plenty of loungers and good faclilities nearby"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The only point which let the holiday down was when one of our party tried to check out as they had an early flight back to the UK. The night porter asked for extra money saying the bill was not paid which resulted in myself being summond out of bed at 7am to prove that the accomondation was paid in full. By the time I got dressed and down to reception, the error had been recitified and I protested at being woken up and summoned down to reception. The only response I got from the night porter was 'there was no need for you to come'. At no time did the hotel apologise for their error or getting me up unnecessarily."
