What did you like the most?: "General ambience and reception staff helpfulness."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Wifi not readily available in rooms. Must provide access key with room key."

What did you like the most?: "Modern hotel, very clean, excellent breakfast, great location near the city centre. Even the station can be easily reached by bus no.16 from just one block away."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We were received somewhat coolly at the reception upon arrival. Although breakfast was great, we were charged the full 16 Euros for our 11-year-old son, which is not exactly reasonable. Other than that there was nothing to complain about."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "1. Windows could not be opened. Ventilation is not so good and air was poor. I was opening the door to have some more fresh air. 2. receptionist not willing (forbearing) to listen, answer before hear and realize what I am asking for. 3. I can not believe even now when I am writing that one towel had some fleck 4. Last night something bite me (looked on bite of bedbug)."
