- "Was right across the street from the station - was within ten minutes walking from the main town but everything is so close to each other you feel like your in town when staying at this hotel. The staff, breakfast (you have to pay ten euro extra per person) was very nice - buffet style :) would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a cosy, relaxing stay in Bologna. Also request a room overlooking the garden, very nice view."

- "The girl at the reception was very friendly and spoke her languages."

- "The chef/boss was telling somebody off whilst I was standing in front of him (obviously he didn't know that I spoke/understand italian as well). This was very unprofessional of the man in charge."
