- "The halls had a serious air quality and smell problem and the carpets in the halls were stained."

- "I enjoyed the location. It was a very safe area and very close to the huge shopping center manauria. Also very easy to go to the city center by bus.The female personal at the lobby was very good."

- "The personal was very different, the female personal was really service minded if the male should have behaved behave as those girls it should have been excellent."

- "Some staff are nice. I feel sorry for them working in a dump like this."

- "The room was more like a crime scene than a place to sleep. Dirty,dingy with blood stains on the walls, doors, bed etc. There were other strange stains on the sheets as well. The worse I've ever seen anywhere by far."
