Is there anything you didn't like?: "long way back from dropping car off recepetion told us not not to far to walk ,our age 77 and 76,we called at thistle first by mistake they said they would pick us up from car rental not so menzies walk or find a taxi e"

What did you like the most?: "room spacious."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "check in was a bit chaotic everybody speaking over each other. Too many annex's to this hotel. No lift. Room was fine but the toilet was noisy and took ages to stop making noise {10 mins}. Bar area is very dated, tv too small for area, seating most uncomfortable, cold as door stays open for smokers and those staying in back annex. Arranged for an early alarm call which never came through when i informed staff they stated it was done and unanswered, but it turns out the phone can be turned down great help that is if your not informed of this. Booked bus only to discover it's first come first served good job it wasn't busy when we wanted it as we thought we were booked."
