- "Customer Service at the Front desk and mis information when using Booking.com. When we made the reservation, it said our price included free breakfast. We entered out 2 adults and three children, but when we arrived, the breakfast was inly for two adults and we had to pay for each kid...jacking up the price to over $200 for the night.. not worth it. The Front Desk was extremely rude and unhelpful in this matter and with another incident that same evening. We will not go back or use Booking.com."
