What did you like the most?
"Convenient car parking. Good kitchen facilities in apartment. Spacious.
Very helpful staff."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"Apartments quite tatty in places- large hole in coffee table patched with White filler. Bedding of low standard - quilts very thin. Only mirror in apartment did not have electricity socket anywhere near it. Apartments did not reassemble those pictured in promotional adverts."

What did you like the most?
"Great place in Canary Wharf. I was there for business and the Marlin is
at walking distance from the business center. They upgraded me to the 2
bedrooms apartment at the top of the bulding. The apartment has a large
balcony with a great view on the city. I enjoyed the sorrounding silence
and I will return in case I need to stay close to Canary Wharf since I
think this place is a better solution compared to expensive Hotels in
the same area. The subway is very close and can take you to the center
of the city in a while."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"I have not noticed on the booking form the possible Marlin request of a 200 gbp deposit. They requested the deposit on my arrival, but I can not complain on this (as other people do...) since this is written in the Booking.com confirmation, so be prepared to provide a credit card for that."

What did you like the most?
"This apartment was ok in terms of location however they had very rude staffs, not friendly atall, my husband and I rented the penthouse apartment and had family and friends over for couple of hours in the evening in which we asked the hotel staff and we were told it was ok to have people visit aslong as more than 6 people do not sleep in the apartment till the next day, the staff there asked them to leave and also called the security men to have them removed despite the fact that they already left. The worst thing that happened was that we were told we would not receive our pre authorisation deposit which was £500 because we had guest over and caused disturbance, that was very unfair and a rip off after trying to explain to the hotel staff what happened the previous day, he bluntly told us that he didnt care what we had to say and he had made a decison based on what his other staff had told himand he called the policemen to have my husband and i removed. I am taken a lawsuit against them. Would n"

"I think the hotel delivered exactly what they advertised, I would defiantly stay again."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"The £200 deposit taken upon arrival that was not explained to me before hand and it completely taken from your account, then to add insult to injury you have to wait 3 to 5 days to get your money back. I think this policy should be reviewed."
