- "Low frequency noise on the 10th floor. Very irritating. Probably from the air-conditioning system"

- "This is the second time I have stopped in Marlin Apartments and for the second time I found the booking in process totally unacceptable in the demands and attitude of the staff. I have stayed in some luxurious locations throughout the world and felt not only welcomes but valued but alas not with Marlin. Perhaps there is something flawed in your training programme or you as a company with your seeming distrust of all your guests are placing your front line staff in this situation. So the next time I stay at a Marlin Apartment I will just have to grin and bear it. Tom"

- "Spacious, quiet, great view from top floor."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The shower door on the bath is too small, such that water splashes all over the bathroom floor. The bath surface is a bit slippery and dangerous when wet (I slipped and jammed my toe in under the plug!) A bit more facility in the kitchen would be good. A couple of extra cloths and a potato masher. Weekly cleaning should also renew dishwasher blocks and toilet rolls."
