- "low price, it's really close to 3 supermarkets so you can basically get whatever you need"

- "the access to the hotel is quite limited... there's the train station nearby but the trains go quite seldom - it usually is once an hour I think... and the trains go in two directions only - Dortmund downtown and a few cities in the other direction. It's quite hard to get anywhere else without changing for a few times... and, when going to the downtown in the evening it's even harder to get back"
