- "nothing i did not like it. overall, i loved it, its for sleep only no big rooms, it was fine with me. cuz am paying for the location."

- "The receptionist was very friendly (probably because she knew what we were walking in to)"

- "I booked a triple room but what we actually got was one double bed and one single bed. The room size itself was so small for a triple room that 2 people had to sit down on the double bed for anyone to move around. The bathroom was the size of a gym locker (a small gym locker). As you walked into the bathroom one foot was already in the shower and sit on the toilet you had to come at it from the shower and ease your legs under the sink. There was tea, coffee and sugar but no kettle to make it with."

- What did you like the most?
- "I picked this hotel as it was cheap and close to Hyde Park as myself and my partner were going to the gig on Sunday evening featuring Blur, New Order and The Specials. The hotel was ideally located for us and the lady on reception was extremely helpful. The bathroom was very small and whilst the shower tray was the same level as the floor and got the whole floor wet when showering, everything worked ok. I was glad we had an en-suite as I realised afterwards that some of the rooms had to share bathroom facilities which I wouldn't have liked. The room was very warm. All in all a very nice hotel and I would stay there again."

- "Only that the room was very warm, even with the window open."
