Is there anything you didn't like?: "Too small a car park."

What did you like the most?: "Location was great. 5 minutes from town centre. Handsome building. Nice staff. Convenient car park on site.
We had family room with one double and a single bed. Also a cot. This was a double room with an extra bed so quite tight."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "pillows were horrible flat and polyester filled. Window to front not double glazed on road. It didn't disturb my sleep but may bother light sleepers. Bar below some bedrooms...again didn't affect my sleep bit may do a light sleeper. Ask for bedroom away from bar? Ensuite shower very small and no bath. But good water pressure in shower and nice and hot. Good clean fluffy towels."

What did you like the most?: "Have stayed at this hotel several times. Like the location for walking to high street, to station. Like the atmosphere at hotel and in the main staff are friendly and helpful. We were not happy about a small bathroom and Reception voluntarily upgraded us. The restaurant and bar are very nicely decorated and the level of catering and drinks is good."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Although we were upgraded to an executive double, the bathroom of the room we had was below standard. It was really an old empty room with a shower that was falling off the wall, that could not be easily adjusted, a shower curtain that did not cover the whole length of the bath, weak lightening, no mixer taps, and the hot water was too hot. Generally a rather miserable place. The pillows on the bed were also very flat"
