- "It was on the ocean, Staff was pleasant."

- "We were not told this facility was under construction. It took looking at three rooms to get one that was ok, or so we thought. Unfortunately the heat did not work properly on a very cold night and we were miserable the entire night. (Freezing ). Very disappointing stay. We canceled our second night because we were displeased."

- "What I didn't like was that I tried canceling because of the storm and the hotel would not let me. That's all not good"

- "The location on the ocean, and the beds are upgraded to the better
quality hotels are now using, and very comfortable. However, this is
apparently. The only thing that has been upgraded, and there were
cigarette burns in the bedspread (in my NON-smoking room). When I
reported this to them, they simply replied that they were aware of it." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "This facility is in dire need of renovating and upgrading. It is very run down, and has a musty smell. Appliances in the kitchenette need replacing; bathrooms need upgrading. My "oceanview" room had a much bigger view of the other building in the hotel which had many rusted structures and a badly needed paint job. The only vending machines are outside in the parking lot! I would not stay there again unless they are willing to significantly lower the price."
