What did you like the most?: "I had never booked an hotel before and did not know anything about booking etc...i feel signs on entry would have been useful or staff present around the booking in and checking out area to ask questions too would have been reassuring. I could not work the electric, i did not know what to do so rang reception but there was no answer so i kept trying until eventually i worked it out for myself. I think there should have been more information regarding whether electric was all inclusive. Generally my daughter and i were happy with the location of the hotel and with the room. I was annoyed on checking in that the breakfast rise in tarrif was not explained if not booked on checking in, that the price would go up if we decided to have breakfast the following day, The best thing was that it was near Piccadilly which made it easy for getting back on the train the following day. Everything in the room was very clean and the decor was lovely. The checking out process was easy and the staff which dealt with me was extremely polite and helpful."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "just little things mentioned above but all in all it was a pleasant stay."

What did you like the most?: "Helpful staff who gave me a complimentary late check-out when I enquired about costs for one. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good shower. Speakers in bathroom were a nice touch."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The breakfast was very motorway-service station buffet. And very expensive for what was largely packaged, tinned, food."
