- "I like the price of the hotel and the things that they had to offer. I was able to stay busy."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The staff wasn't people friendly. NEVER smiled or seemed to like their jobs. Did not ask me if I needed any help as I stood at the desk for 5 minutes before I received some help. But I did like Klarissa. She was the ONLY friendly staff."

- "To be honest not one thing and I stayed ther 7 years ago which was so
different compared to this time." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The fact the staff were very unhelpful on all occasions and the 1day we checked in the tv was broken and after 3 days of constant complaints and being told it would be rectified it never was up to the day we checked out and they kept passing the blame onto each other which was very frustrating I returned ther after 7 years to show my new fiance'e what a great place it was and I was embarrassingly wrong but lessons learnt ."

This hotel was the worst one I have ever been.
Soooooo terrible.
I don't recommend you to stay here." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Everything. I and my friend couldn't use hot water. Also, heater didn't work, too. The clerks didn't do anything for guest. They just told us that they can call a driver to get out of this hotel. It was harshly freaking feel that they treated us like a dog. Terrible."
