- "The first thing I loved was the wallpaper in the entrance and hallway. The hotel has lovely high ceilings and the room we had was large, and faced out to the sea. The hotel used to be owned by Winston Churchill, and the staff are proud of the building and its history.
We ate in the bar, and the food was delicious - large portions and the best apple crumble I have eaten for many many years!"
