- "Good service. The hotel restaurant served excellent food, freshly prepared. Simple menu of local French cuisine well served. The hotel is convenient for the Bordeaux wine Chateaux and the ferry between Le Verdon & Royan."

- "The room was comfortable but a little spartan, needing a little more decor and certainly information on the hotel and the region. The rather commercial and only soap dispenser by the wash basin could not be easily reached from the shower."
