- What did you like the most?
- "Central location, easy booking and ability to check in at 1300 so was
able to shower & change before important afternoon appointment." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Different member of staff on reception desk each time I left/entered, none of whom therefore recognised me. Only one greeted me initially. None of the first 3 asked for key to be handed in as I left so I assumed they didn't care. The last one reprimanded me for not having done this. Disconcerting."

- "Room was fine"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "One of the receptionists was unhelpful not just towards myself but also to a young australian couple. He refused to help them with the broken toilet in their room, and was rude in dealing with them. Also asked me when i would like to checkout upon my leaving the hotel, i replied about 1pm, he said no and then told me 10.30am which i found both rude and confusing. Was nothing to do with a language barrier as I speak perfectly good french."

- "There was one thing - my room was one of the two on the ground floor next to the entrance to the garage and toilet. That's not so bad, what I didn't like is that there was a window which lead to nowhere - no view at all. But it upset me in the beginning, afterwards I forgot about that trifle."

- "Good location..easy walk to central lyon and old city. Parking available but expensive. The rOom overlooked the courtyard and was quiet. The lady at the front desk was very helpful."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Air conditioning did not work, nor did wifi. Room on small side."
