- "Conveniently located to Vanderbilt University and the downtown Nashville honky tonk bars. Very friendly staff and the place was incredibly clean."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We were offered an upgrade as our room was not available at check in around 130 p.m. For 20.00 more a night we would receive a bigger room and free wifi with continental breakfast. Wifi was great as was the continental breakfast, however our room upgrade was lacking in size. A friend was offered the same upgrade and the room was double the size. Just a bit disappointing, but not a deal breaker."

- "Suddey, two employees at the front desk sabotaged our stay. They should be fired for such terrible rudeness and ultimately bad service. We even entered our room to a billow of cigarette smoke. We don't smoke. I'm stunned to think our room was entered."
