- "I originally booked a room for two nights, and when I had to cut my trip short because of a family emergency, they didn't refund any of my second night because I was an hour late for check-out. I've never had such inflexible and unaccomodating service at a hotel."

- "The room was like a step back in time which I enjoyed. Cleanliness of the suite was excellent and they brought to our room a 12 cup coffee maker.
I will stay here again when I return to Buffalo."
