- "It was quite cold during our visit. Sitting at the bar was intolerable at times because of the frigid air coming in from the main doors when others entered or exited. We were also told that Phila taxis do not allow 4 adults and that we would have to wait a long time for a minivan taxi or hire private car service instead. We later found out this was not the case and that taxis do allow a guest in the front seat. We did, however, find the car service to be quite helpful for evening trips/pick ups after dinner. It would be nice if the hotel offered the choice, instead of the valets referring themselves."
