- "The staff wasnt very helpful with the problems we had. There was a noise in the room that they said was the hotwater heater but it ran all day and night. We couldnt sleep for the noise. They told us they would move us to another room but when we went to see it, the smell of the room was awful and we declined to move there. On the 3rd day we were there we were gone most of the day and came back to no maid service with no explanation of why. The manager came and ran the sweeper and brought us clean towels. I thought they would at least give us a discount on the room since we had problems sleeping but the manger never even offered anything other than to say she was sorry but no one else had ever complained of that noise before. We finally had to leave and go to another motel for our last night so we could some sleep before our trip home. I will never stay at the Lazy Bear Inn again."
