What did you like the most?: "Furniture was updated and fresh carpet and paint - all looked very nice."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Appliances were old - fridge did not work, ice from ice maker tasted very nasty. When we checked in they said they did not have our reservation and we were put in a smaller room even though the whole time we were there, there were only two or three other cars parked at our building. Nobody was in the room next to us the whole time and having stayed there before (and my mother is an ower at bluegreen) we knew it was the larger room that we had booked. Staff was rude and told us 'I don't have any of your money' and that 'we could go stay somewhere else' when we questioned why we got the smaller room. The indoor heated pool was too cold to swim in."
