- "No english speakers at all apart from some hotel staff (which is OK if you have all your entertainment and literature sorted). But this was never a problem."

- "1- Staff : no english , very poor follow up and yo uneed to call them to do your follow up ex. My safe box took them 2 hours to have it open because no one followed up and came to my room and they just say " my friend is coming to your room" , no genuine help or smile even from the fom . 2- food : I give it 2/10 , do not get tempted by the full inclusive package ,burger doesn't taste like burger , orange juice is mixed with water, plates are not well cleaned. 3-Room status : some fixtures are there and I have informed the hotel through the survey but no action was taken during the 7 days I have stayed there.i had to remove a piece from the sink and the bath tub in order to have the water run smoothly because the mechanism was working properly and it was always blocked and no water was running. Simply , i wanted to leave the hotel after the second night where i found room in Kempinski barbaros bay but because Latanaya charged my credit card i continued my stay with them.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE."

- "Although the food is not the best but is is better than we have expected (after having read some traveller's feedback).
Staff were critisized as not unfriendly in some of the feedback. We did not see any trace of that - We found them helpful and friendly." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The beach faces continuous wind (excellent for windsurfing if you have one) therefore small waves. Clean water. a bit secluded and far from Bodrum. There is regular public minibus service to Bodrum centre (20-30 min). Well run. No esspresso or cappucino facilities in the hotel."
