- "Excellent location in the centro of Santiago at the end of one of the main pedestrianized downtown streets. Can easily walk to all places of interest downtown. Large supermarket outside one entrance. New building with "urban chic" decor, part of multi-building high rise with security at each entrance. Bedroom with king size bed (web says double) in upper loft and single bed-sofa in living room and has portable AC unit ( web says no AC)--so its better than its web description. Seems to be a part of a fancier Plaza Suites Hotel and is NOT the same as the LaStarria Boutque Hotel. We loved it!"

- "Nice apartment, well equipped and decorated. Well located."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "No reception upon arriving. Stayed without internet service for three days, no one cared even after complaining several times. Rooms are very cold even in summer, requested a heater but no one cared. Got one after much insistance. Overall service is a 3 out of 10"

- "Nice and clean rooms, in the centre, 3 stops from CentroPuerto Bus (from the airport)."

- "Difficult to find, no name on the house, you have to go through anonymous reception (common for the entire house) and then at the 15th floor, where is the hotel reception (in one of the flats). Strange, but acceptable."

- "Clean and big apartment, location is fine if you want to walk in the city. Bus at the airport goes close, 2 stations of subway from the hotel."

- "Hard to find it, reception is in the 15th floor. "Reception" downstairs is like in an office building and it's NOT the hotel reception... strange but you can used to it."
