- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The staff made a mistake with the reservation and didn't apologise, instead they blamed it on Booking.com. Customer focus and professionalism of some staff members were not up to the standard of the hotel's price range. However, the friendliness of other employees made it up and saved our "Good" rating for the hotel staff. Rooms close to the lobby/restaurant area can be noisy depending on the restaurant's guests."
