- "The room had an old smell when you enter the room."

- "I requested a non-smoking room. The room I got was a smoking room that reaked so much I didn't want to stay in it. The front desk person came by with room deodorizor which helped for 5 mins. or so, but the smell remained and got in my clothing and hair. I asked for another room but there wasn't one, plus there was no elevator so it is NOT handicap-accessible other than a choice of a 1st floor."
