- "Hair not cleaned in bathroom, carpets dirty, not vaccuumed, halls smelled of cigarette smoke. Eating area very dirty!"

- "Filthy, would not walk on floors without shoes on because carpet was so filthy. Did not even place my suitcase on it. Filth on walls. Lamp falling off wall between beds. Could not turn on lamps at first, desk person told me to plug it in. Had to move heavy side table to plug in lamp. Internet kept going in and out - unable to work. Shower control would not pull out all the way so only half the shower stream while rest of water ran in tub. Clock was not on correct time and absolutely could not set it (indicated 1 of 7 time zones???) and still would not set under any of them. Found a dead bed bug and droppings on seam of one of the beds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was put in a smoking room when I had reserved nonsmoking - I have respiratory problems and could barely breathe and speak when I left."

- "the check in went smoothly although they were busy they made my family and I feel right at home the beds was very comfortable and it fitted my family very fine"
