- "From the moment I stepped at the reception desk I had a great feeling. The receptionist to start off was warm hospitable, friendly and informative, i felt like could ask about anything related to my holiday and could get an instant answer. Check-in was fast and smooth.I stayed in the king room on the 2nd floor. The room was very clean, spacious, relaxing and fully equipped, I was very happy, it felt like moving into a brand spanking new house. Universal studios (Island of Adventure) was my main reason for being in orlando, and this hotel made my holiday fabulous. I extend a great thank you to all the receptionists that worked when I stayed you were all professional and friendly (you all made the balance very well) and to the housekeepers, I know how hard your work can be, yet still my room was cleaned everyday, like you cared, thank you. To the manager you have a lovely hotel and great staff continue to value and treasure them, those are the reason that would make me come back each time. Thank you."

- "Loved having elect outlets on the lamps."

- "Bed too high, only one chair, ac was not working right. Fire alarm was beeping, we called maint and he disabeled it and said maint. Would be in the next day, which did us no good as we were leaving. This was an unacceptable safty hazzard that we were very uncomfortable with and the man who answered the call did not speak english. This was very frustrating and scary! I told the front desk as we were leaving and there was no offer for compensation which I feel was warrented."

- "I would recommend Orlando, but not La Quinta......"

- "The staff selling the tickets for the parks in the La Quinta lobby, told me incorrect information and sold me a ticket I didn't need. They told me it was good for Universal and Sea World. When I complained to the manager, he bascially told me I was wrong and that they didn't tell me this. I understand and speak very good English! I twice about what it was good for, to make sure I understood and knew exactly what the girl told me! So this left a bad taste in my mouth and I would not stay at another La Quinta because of it. When this manager told me I didn't know what I was talking about, it was in front of the desk clerk, and I was so ticked, I cannot go into enough detail to describe it! So this left me with a not so good memory of my stay there! This was my first time staying at a La Quinta and would I stay at another one again? Probably not!"
