The building is a renovated manor house, so the stone walls, high ceilings and every nook and preserved intact hallmark, plus balconies and terraces, which give each room its individual and unique charm. The hotel features spacious suites with separate living rooms and cozy and neat rooms, decorated with the traditional combination of baroque and modern technology and comfort. The restaurant is considered one of the best kept secrets of the island. It is located in the former Tafona oil press, one of the most beautiful buildings on the island, which was managed by the Majorcan family Marqués de Verger. The oil that was produced was extracted from the olives of the land in the area and sold on the market. The old oil mill is still an admirable piece of architecture and is an ideal place to enjoy a delicious meal. The Sa Tafona offers a wide range of specialties of international cuisine and regional dishes prepared exclusively with fresh ingredients of the island. You can choose a la carte dishes or simply let the chef, who will offer their special menu. In summer, guests can dine on the restaurant terrace, enjoying the dramatic views of Palma's valley and the fascinating colors of the sunset in the Mediterranean. This luxurious Mallorcan estate of the sixteenth century is located just 4 km from Esporles, on the southern part of the Sierra de Tramuntana. This mansion was converted into a luxurious 4-star hotel in 1993, preserving the original architectural structures. Currently, the hotel is a clever fusion of architecture from the late middle ages, modern elements and functionality. The hotel is located in the mountainside of La Fita del Rams at an altitude of 510 meters, near a nature reserve with breathtaking views over the south of the island.

Getting there

En coche: - Cuando salga del aeropuerto, tome la autopista en dirección a Palma. - Toe la salida de Vía Cintura y continúe por la carretera de circunvalación hasta la salida de Valldemosa. - A unos 8 km llegará a una rotonda, gire en Esporlas (a la izquierda). - Cuando entre en el pueblo de Esporles siga las señales hacia el hotel.
