- "It was away from crowded cities, a real country retreat. Such a lovely view of the Tuscan countryside while sitting around the pool, and even from the bedroom."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Due to its remoteness, it was necessary to rent a car to get around. When full, parking was a bit of a problem. We also found it difficult 'dragging' our suitcases across the gravel to our rooms ( minor problem)."

- "A haven of peace so close to Siena. The L'Aia properties are simple and
traditional in design, but more than adequate. They are sited around a
delightful leafy courtyard which smells of lavender, each with its own
private patio area affording a high degree of privacy. The extensive
grounds, planted with olives and fruit trees are thoughtfully designed
with recreation areas and a splendid, pristine swimming pool. The
reception office, about 2 km away, is excellent - open until midnight
for late arrivals, it has free wifi and the obliging staff speak
English. Shaded parking good and handy for the cottage. Excellent
location for visiting major Tuscan cities (1 hr to Florence)." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We are quite picky: there was a little traffic noise, although it didn't bother us in the slightest . a slightly thicker mattress would have been good. Would not hesitate to return."

- "Excellent appartment in a beautiful setting. Everything spotlessly clean and staff dealt very promptly with our A/C problem. our little terrace was delightful. I can thoroughly recommend the location - only a few minutes drive from the outskirts of Siena - a car is definitely necessary as there are no shops or restaurants near the appartment."
