What did you like the most?: "This is our 1st time we have stayed at Vichy and opted to stay at the Kyriad Hotel. On booking I should have asked if there was parking facilities - my mistake. There is no Hotel Parking here, However parking is a all around in Vichy but having more than a couple of suitcases could prove a chore. Next, The room. We enjoyed good weather and would have loved air con but alas none in our room. The room is adequate and comfortable to get your head down however there is traffic noise from 2- stroke mopeds and cars should the window is up for ventilation.. The Staff - very good and helpfull , The breakfast - Brilliant for what you pay - would I stay there again - I guess I would but then my wife Isn't here to ask her her thoughts -- Hmmmm"

What did you like the most?: "Hotel is located very central. No hotel parking available but enough parking lots near to the hotel once the shops have closed. Then free parking until 9.00 in the morning. Free wireless lan in the hotel."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "In the morning there was only one staff available for checkout, breakfast and room service."
