- "Spacious room, serviced and clean every day. The swimming pool area is clean and well managed, music from the bar during the day but very quite place overall. Thermal pool and sauna are also an advantage. Easy parking in front of the hotel and the area is secure. Cooking facilities (microwave, big fridge and hot-plate), big sing and a cattle. Hotel staff helpful and courteous."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Few minor points that still worth mentioning: only one person from the reception speaks good English, wifi connection was slow and the signal was weak, breakfast was average and was the same every day, nothing cooked, only basic food. The bread was good but there was no toaster. Instant coffee only, no coffee machine. Only two big plates (do not fit into the microwave), two forks, two glasses and two coffee cups in the room. Despite all this the hotel is a good choice overall."

- "Staff's English speaking was poor. using pool on midnight by careless youth was a poor management. breakfast was very simple and not good enough."

- "We were a couple traveling with our three young children. The staff was outstanding - friendly, helpful and immediately responded to even the smallest of requests. They even arranged for a car rental for us. The facility and room is exactly as shown on the website. The suite was classy, airy and spacious. All appliances worked. The pool area was great and the kids loved it. There is a nice bar with poolside food service. The breakfast was nice. They did not charge extra for the kids. The only negative is that the facility is located on a rather busy street. Other hotels are also on this street, however. We highly recommend Kondo Suites."
