- "Breakfast was good and the location was very central"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Mouldy bathroom in the basement room 18 was disgusting and a health hazard. The room should not be let out to customers until it is completely renovated. We were moved to the top floor and bathroom was more modern but very tiny for a family of 4. There was no air conditioning and very little ventilation. To top it off, we had no water at all for showers or toilet on more than one occasion."

- "That reservations are not held. We ended it up in Admiral hotel instead of the reserved one (Kingsway Park hotel) and was given a room at basement level. Although it was not small it had cigarettes smell which this was not excepted when did our booking. Then given a room at the attic, sleeps 3 instead of 4 with a ceiling fan which was hardly felt and the window could not close properly. The following morning we were moved into the first floor. This was not as bad as the other 2 but the wifi which was promised had not a very good signal. This was a 3 day nightmare."

- "It's location..We brought my faher in law back to the area he was born
in 81 years ago. For a trip down memory lane.." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "From the minute we arrived it was a nightmare. My wife had requested a ground floor room as her Dad is 81. We were sent to the 4th floor of a different building (Admiral Hotel). We complained and were sent to another hotel only to be relocated to the basement of the Admiral the following morning. I woke up to noise from what I can only call a galley! And saw the cook with a spatula in one hand a pan full of fried eggs in the other and a cigarette in his mouth!!. This hotel is a disgrace and I have learned a lesson about booking from the internet. Our car parking was non existent. I can't understand why this web site has them on their list. As a former constable in the Met I saw so many breaches of the law."
