What did you like the most?: "Staffs can be said friendly."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Leakage of the tape. Bath tub full of soap which was slippery and caused injury to my family who fell and the vacation was ruined. No elevator so all luggage needed to be carried by stairs."

What did you like the most?: "1) A localização (próximo a duas estações de metrô)
2) A boa vontade do gerente em ajudar"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "1) O quarto ,que nos foi atribuído inicialmente era no subsolo. Além de apertado para 4 pessoas, a janela dava para um muro. Entretanto, o hotel não criou obstáculos para nos alocar em outro, que, embora mais antigo, era bem mais amplo, arejado e de frente. 2) Quando encerrava o horário do café-da-manhã, os funcionários responsáveis pelo desjejum não esperavam sequer os hóspedes terminarem de comer para retirar os produtos expostos."
