- What did you like the most?
- "Location - peaceful and pleasant street/square complete with bowling green in the middle, ten mins walk to seafront. The proprietor is very efficient. Good continental breakfast and we didn't feel the need to have a full English after what we started with (although the option is there for an extra £5)."

- "If you head towards the Bournemouth town centre/railway & bus stations the area is run down and frankly, rough. This is from someone who has lived and worked in different types of areas over the years and is not from the Home Counties! By absolute contrast the areas directly to the south and west of the Kantara are lovely, with wide, pine tree-lined avenues and art deco buildings galore, all in good nick, leading up to the splendid seafront."

- "Room was a bit too warm. (top floor) but a fan was provided."

- "The location is very handy for both beach and town centre and private parking space is a real bonus in Bournmouth. The communal areas and bedroom were very clean and comfortable. Good VFM"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The doors! Front door almost needs a body builder to open and then slams shut which is not good with children (who dont read the "please close gently" notice) Also bedroom and bathroom locks very fiddly and need changing. Seems trivial but not if you have to use the loo during the night!"
