"Very good Sunday buffet lunch, a great location with a sea view. Door
man very helpfull and friendly"
Is there anything you didn't like?
"Terrible sauna with no stove - heated by air blown by noisy fan. No relax room in sauna area. Outdoor pool not available in June. Desk personnel not particularily helpfull - just ok. Needed to negotiate a sea view even though it was confirmed by booking.com . Dirty windows"

"Typical 5 star business traveller hotel with efficient front desk & concierge support. Local housekeeping staff genuinely friendly."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"Possibly worst 'bellhop' service of any Marriot hotel in the world. Almost no English... Uncaring indicative of hotel management minimizing on training of its local front door staff. Booking.com quotes rates in USD and then when you get the bill they charge in Peruvian Sols at the lowest exchange rate. Marriot management probably benefits a million USD per year on this exchange rate practice. They should take this surplus and invest in training their front-line staff."
