What did you like the most?: "We the friendly approach of the entire team at Jurys Inn. Our requests and questions were dealt with in a professional and friendly manner.
The rooms were clean, airy and catered for all our needs.
Staff frequently asked if we were ok and if we needed anything which is very unusual these days.
We had our meals every evening in the Dining Room as the menu suited our needs. We were well looked after by the staff and Norman in particular went that extra mile and made sure my older friend enjoyed the whole experience. He also gave us advice regarding sights to see. All in all we had a great time and I will definately be back to visit Edinburgh and I am promoting it already with all my mates and family in Isle of Man. Thank you again."

What did you like the most?: "Friendly and efficient staff at reception and in the restaurant,
excellent location close to the railway station, busses to the airport,
and the royal mile, also handy for shops, pubs and restaurants.
Breakfast in the hotel was excellent, large choice, and rooms clean and
comfortable."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Noise during the night from outside the hotel, think it was due to rail station upgrade works."
