- "Although the hotel structure is great, there was a little bit of work to be done towards the maintenance of the place like some light bulbs needed changing, the pool and sauna areas were sometimes a little dirty."

- "It's not a backpackers hostel. The room is very spacious, very well mainteined, very clean. Every room has a mini kitchen with appliances (refrigerator, oven and basin). Bathroom with sink and very clean. Room very confortable. Arrived late at night and everything was set up waiting for me. It´s not pretty close to the subways, but if you walk something like 500 to 600 m you get to sub green line. It´s very close to recoleta cemetery."

- "It´s not cheap, but you receive what you pay for. The breakfast is one coffee, two croissants and a tiny glass of orange juice (I found hostels with better breakfast than this)."
